    DESCRIPTION

    Spray dried fresh curd, Instant Calcium Caseinate, with lecithin and improved wettability. It has the advantages of the excellent nutritional value of milk and a very good dispersability in aqueous media. Because Calcium Caseinate is easy to dissolve it is an ideal ingredient for powder mixes: drinks, meals and dietary supplements. Its mouthfeel is pleasant and its neutral taste enables you to formulate a wide range of products.
