    The 5 hour energy shot food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Drink half a bottle for moderate energy. Drink a whole bottle for maximum energy. Do not exceed two bottles daily. Consume several hours apart. Use or discard any remainder within three days after opening. Refrigeration not required.
