Sea Salt

    DESCRIPTION

    Sea salt produced by the solar evaporation of sea water is a wholly natural product increasingly used in a wide range of food products. Three grades available, Fine, Medium & coarse grade. The harvesting and processing plants from whom we purchase solar sea salt are all certified for food production.

    All values except moisture are calculated on a dry basis. Small variations in moisture content may occur during transport and storage. Standard test methods are used and appearance is visually assessed.

    Natural sea salt may contain traces of non salt inclusions such as shell and sand particles

    Anti-caking is not added to this grade unless specifically requested, however it is packed within a factory where salt containing anti-caking agent is present.
