    An instant whey protein isolate manufactured from sweet whey derived from hard pressed cheese. The whey is processed using a combination of cross flow ultrafiltration and microfiltration techniques. The resulting protein concentrate is spray dried, agglomerated and instantised. Provides an excellent source of protein which mixes easily and is suitable for a number of applications
