Description: | This glucose syrup is purified and concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is characterised by high polysaccharides content. It is a transparent water like to light yellow viscous liquid with a sweet taste and bland odour. |

Storage: | Recommended storage temperature 50 - 65° in order to reduce crystallisation risk and improve syrup handling and pump ability. Higher temperature will favour colour uptake during storage. We recommended that the syrup is used as soon as possible after delivery. |
