Description: Inulin fibre instant is a range of chicory root fibres, soluble dietary fibres, extracted by hot water from chicory roots. Inulin is a naturally sourced food ingredient. Belonging to the fructan group, this Inulin is a mixture of non-digestible oligo-and polysaccharides build up of fructose units with B2-1 bonds mostly ending with a glucose unit. The total number of fructose and glucose units ranges mainly between 2 and 60
